  • Active Ingredient: Zinc Oxide 12.8% (skin protectant).
  • Inactive Ingredients: White Petrolatum, Corn Starch, Anhydrous Lanolin, Stearyl Alcohol, Beeswax, Bisabolol, Cholesterol, Water, Glycerin, Oat (Avena Sativa) Kernel Extract.
    3X Max Strength Diaper Ointment Ingredients:
  • Active Ingredient: Zinc Oxide (40 %), Skin Protectant.
  • Inactive Ingredients: Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Extract, Beeswax, Bisabolol, Cholesterol, Glycerin, Lanolin, Mineral Oil, Water, White Petrolatum, Zea Mays (Corn) Starch.
    Sheer Zinc Multi-Purpose Rash Ointment Ingredients:
  • Active Ingredients: Zinc Oxide (12.8 %), Skin Protectant.
  • Inactive Ingredients: Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Extract, Beeswax, Bisabolol, Cholesterol, Dimethicone, Glycerin, PEG-10 Dimethicone, Pentaerythrityl Tetraisostearate, Sorbitan Olivate, Theobroma Grandiflorum Seed Butter, Water, White Petrolatum, Zea Mays (Corn) Starch.
Warnings

For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with the eyes. Avoid excessive heat. Store at 15° to 30°C (59° to 86°F).

Directions
  • Change wet and soiled diapers promptly.
  • Cleanse the diaper area and allow skin to dry.
  • Apply ointment liberally as often as necessary, with each diaper change, especially at bedtime or any time exposure to wet diaper may be prolonged.
